Finatica folds compliance tracking, smart invoicing, reconciliation, depreciation and Tally exports into one workspace built for Indian accounting practices — so nothing is filed late and nothing is keyed in twice.
Finatica is a finance and compliance workspace for accounting practices and in-house finance teams. It covers five jobs: tracking statutory compliance deadlines across clients, extracting data from invoices automatically, reconciling two sets of records, producing depreciation schedules under the Companies Act 2013 and Income Tax Act 1961, and converting Excel data into Tally-ready XML vouchers.
The depreciation calculator, reconciliation tool and Excel to Tally converter can be used without a paid plan, with file-size limits for anonymous users. Creating an account raises those limits and unlocks compliance dashboards, saved history and team features. See the pricing page for current plan details.
Yes. The compliance module is built around Indian statutory obligations — GST returns, TDS returns, income tax filings, PF and ESI — with recurring schedules, per-client dashboards and assignment to team members.
No. Finatica runs entirely in the browser. Excel parsing for reconciliation happens client-side, so files never leave your machine for that step.
